A recall issue (windshield wiper) was dealt with BEFORE we received the recall notice; the vehicle was at the dealer for routine maintenance and the service rep performed the wiper repair at the same time, rather than making us and return. This was greatly appreciated!

the parts department was very fast and proper in their assessment of my needs and wants. They exceeded my expectations and were very friendly and helpfull, starting with amanda, jamie, brittney, and the parts manager, they will have my next sale in tires as well as future sale on parts for my vechile. I was interested in having my 2010 Camaro Supercharged but everyone I spoke to informed me that it would void my factory warranty. This was not an option for me as I had purchased extended warranty as well. When I researched the Magnuson Supercharger on their website I found that Southgate Buick GMC was listed as the only Dealer in my area so I picked up the phone and called.

Doug Macleod was the gentleman I spoke to and expressed my concerns on the lack of backing performance shops were providing with their service and Doug told me that they would be more than willing to back their work with their certified GM technicians.

As soon as I heard this I was sold, and went ahead with the work. It was the best investment I have done as the work far exceeded my expectations and those of other Dealers. I have seen their work and it does not compare to the work done by Southgate Buick GMC. Their customer service was over the top as anytime I had a question or concern they were available and quickly solved any concerns I may have had.
 
Thanks a lot for your great service and work, you have a customer for life and I will recommend Southgate Buick GMC to all my friends for all performance upgrades and inquiries.
